Washington Post Lost Blog - Interviewing Paul Scheer 208

Join "Lost" bloggers Liz Kelly and Jen Chaney this fall to discuss "Lost's" third season.

For the Thursday, Dec. 3 chat, Liz and Jen will be joined by a special guest: Paul Scheer, the actor and comedian known for his work on "Human Giant" and FX's "The League," among other things. But "Lost" fans know him best for his role in the recent "Lost" art alternate reality game and for spearheading the Web site damoncarltonandapolarbear.com

The trio will discuss several season three episodes: "D.O.C.," "The Brig," "The Man Behind the Curtain" and "Greatest Hits. Questions about "Lost" art and Mr. Scheer's bond with LindeCuse are also welcome.

Click here to visit the Washington Post Website article about this

There is a link on that page for you to submit a question to Jen and Liz, this may be your chance to ask Paul Scheer that burning question.

@Milkcan I completely concur about the artists painting the statues in their own unique way. I was a manager at Walt Disney World in 2003, when they celebrated the 75th birthday of Mickey Mouse. In order to commemorate the occasion, there were 75 (I think) Mickey statues that were identical, sent out to artists and celebrities to paint and design. These then went on display in the parks of Disney World and Disneyland, and then toured the rest of the world.

I could just easily imagine the same event applying to the LOST statues. Guess we'll see!

I will definitely be going to Gallery 88. And if the reveal is that night, I will need a poster buddy- or five... better make that 18 poster buddies. I'll do my darndest to get extra swag.

off to bed.... g'night!

I might very well be a poster buddy in return for one of those statues. Way to sink your claws right into my Egyptian mythology obsession, you bastards.

Once again it's all been going on while I slept!

Talking of statues - that statue at the end of the Spanish promo... I wondered if that was CGI or not?

I like the idea of individual artists painting the statues. Disney did a similar thing with Stitch at the D23 expo. Unfortunately, any original artwork will be way way out of my price range. If we're spending $300+ for prints on eBay, how much is a painting worth?

That being said, I'll be there in the hopes that they show some new footage or something.

Here's a link to some pictures of the Stitch statues at D23:

I should also mention that I had a perfect opportunity to steal a Geronimo Jackson poster when they were tearing down the Lost University exhibit at the end of the last day. It was just sitting in the open, no guards around or anything. Curse my honesty!

This is great to wake up to, but it also sucks! I so wish I was in L.A. for this. Seeing them all in the flesh would make up for not getting them. But maybe that would increase my desire to see them on my own walls. I wonder if we're going to get the 16th?

I guess maybe the "16th will be found" at the gallery?
