A full set 152
We have been sent the photograph below from an anonymous contributor who has a full set of posters. Not only a full set but it appears from the signatures and numbering that these are the mythical (well not anymore) artist proof copies.

Announcement - Photographs Needed
In the comments yesterday RobPerrin sparked an idea that we create a poster of our own to celebrate the fans of the art project.
Thorsten has kindly said that he will create the poster, however we need your photographs to make it happen. Send a photograph of yourself (headshot is preferred) either next to one of your posters or at a reveal event or with something else relevant to the art project.
Email your photographs to thorstenwulff@gmail.com with the subject lostarg. Pictures need to be sent before the end of Sunday.

Washington Post - Paul Scheer Interview 275

There was also this question which was submitted by Amy Lynn, and I think the answer clears up a few things about the 16th reveal.

Paul also gave this answer to a question, for the relevant post which includes a still of the piece of paper click here

Finally a very intriguing couple of answers for us all to get our thinking caps on for -

The Seven Stages of Poster Loss 133
SHOCK & DENIAL | You will probably react to not getting a poster with numbed disbelief. You may deny the reality of the loss at some level, in order to avoid the pain. Shock provides emotional protection from being overwhelmed all at once. This may last for at least a week. |
PAIN & GUILT | As the shock wears off, it is replaced with the pain of knowing that eBay may be your only option. It is important that you experience the pain fully, and not hide it, avoid it or escape from it with alcohol or drugs. You may have guilty feelings or remorse over things you did or didn't do to try and purchase a poster. Life feels chaotic and scary during this phase. |
ANGER & BARGAINING | Frustration gives way to anger, and you may lash out and lay unwarranted blame at Tyson. Try to control this, as permanent damage to your relationship with Tyson may result. This is a time for the release of bottled up emotion. You may rail against fate, questioning "Why me?" You may also try to bargain in vain with the powers that be for a way out of your despair ("I'll be Darlton's slave for a week if you will just let me have this poster") |
DEPRESSION, REFLECTION, LONELINESS | Just when your fellow Lost fans may think you should be getting on with your life, a period of sad reflection will likely overtake you. This is a normal stage of poster loss, so do not be "talked out of it" by well-meaning forum members. Encouragement from others is not helpful to you during this stage. You may isolate yourself on purpose, reflect on things you could have done with your poster, and focus on memories of the clue hunt. You may sense feelings of emptiness or despair. |
THE UPWARD TURN | As you start to adjust to life without your poster, your life becomes a little calmer and more organized. Your physical symptoms lessen, and your "depression" begins to lift slightly. You may find that another Lost fan is willing to sell you a poster at cost price. |
RECONSTRUCTION & WORKING THROUGH | As you become more functional, your mind starts working again, and you will find yourself seeking realistic solutions to problems posed by the next clue. |
ACCEPTANCE & HOPE | During this, the last of the seven stages in the poster loss model, you learn to accept and deal with the reality of your situation. Given the pain and turmoil you have experienced, you can never return to the carefree, untroubled YOU that existed before the reveal but you will now want to purchase the next poster. |
(With apologies to the recently bereaved)

Dear Ronie Midfew,
Please find enclosed a collection of your correspondence starting from your most recent letter which seems to contain the word "Super" as a clue to the next poster reveal. We have also tried to point out any mistakes you may have made in your correspondence.
Incidentally, you always end your letters "Best and thank you", I wonder where all your wishes have gone ?
If you wish to contact us to discuss, please write to us at the usual address.
Kind Regards

A few people have emailed and commented that, given the surprise nature of the Poster 8 reveal, in order to give yourself more of a chance to get the poster you want we ought to set up a poster buddy list.

Artist Roundup 144
As there have been a few updates about the various artists mentioned in the comments it seems sensible to post the details in a main post.
First up is Olly Moss on Twitter (thanks to roxanna)

Also regarding Kevin Tong, LostInLondon posted a link to these pictures :
There is also this intriguing picture from Dan McCarthy on Facebook (thanks to waffle)

Finally, just because the Inside The Rock Poster Frame blog has lots of information on cool posters.
Don't forget you can still vote in the favourite poster poll in the post below.

Information - Backdoor ordering
During the poster reveal today one of our commenters posted a method to purchase the poster before the main web page said it was for sale. The comment in full was :
This did work as I tried it myself (purely for research of course) and I did not get the first purchase as someone had already got that.
There was a lot of discussion about this in the comments and a few people have felt a little disappointed. So I contacted DamonCarltonandaPolarBear to ask why and how this was possible. This is their reply -
I hope that quells some of the unrest about the poster reveals.

Poster is totally sick.
Aside from the typo, the website also closed a loophole wherein purchasing the poster could be done before the BUY NOW button went up. Now, everyone will have a fair shot at #101.
On the previous posters you could go to the following early...simply insert the earlier url prefixes...
http://ithinkthatmanwasyou.com/dcpb/xr/body.php?module=store&id=1
A few insiders/sneaks won't like me for posting that, but oh well, now everyone knows.
Good luck all on getting #101!

We were alerted to this issue a few prints back and have attempted to fix it each time, but due to the quick nature of our project isn't always possible. The good news is, every first poster order has been double checked each time to make sure the order was placed only after the site went live. We then give that information to the people who reward the first order. Even if the people order the poster "backdoor" - the time must match when the print was available for sale. As the group that checks the time ordered, I wouldn't trust everything everyone is telling you.

Poster URL's
It's about time we cleared some things up about the URL's for the poster reveal websites as several other forums are awash with talk about them being found and now at least one blog has published them.
Ever since the first poster URL was revealed it was a fair bet that there would be one URL per poster, and after the second was revealed it was certain. So being an investigative sort of person I started looking for the other URL's.
At the time of the first poster I could not find any trace of them, but then, around the time the second poster was revealed, it became possible to find them all.
Around the 27th of August LostArgs was made aware that at least one other person knew, we have both been trying to protect the URL's as long as possible, but it seems that the cat is out of the bag.
Some points about these URL's

Some points about these URL's
- Having the URL's does not give anyone an advantage - as I already have them I can check which site will be live about 2 hours before it is revealed. The poster is not usually displayed until a couple of minutes before the URL is given out. The only thing this allows me to do is prepare a post in readiness for the reveal.
- Knowing the site before the reveal will not give anyone a head start in ordering a poster. The posters have been for sale at least 30 minutes after the URL is made public at the clue location.
- The URL's becoming public knowledge may result in DamonCarltonandaPolarBear changing tactics and the format of releases may change.
- LostArgs.com will not be publishing the list and will remain spoiler free to allow people who do not wish to know, the chance of staying unspoiled.
- Please refrain from discussing the unpublished URL's in the comments if they are known to you.

Frame 3 Clue 1 163
A new clue for Frame 3 has been posted

This translates to A-O-T-S
Thanks to Sayid'sGirl for letting us know about the clue and Cypher80b for the translation.
There are two possible web sites that this clue could lead us to -
TheCanadian G4 TV show - Attack Of The Show (Pat advised via email that the show is in fact filmed in Los Angeles)

The British Art website - Art Of The State

There is also ArtofTheState.Com which only has a triangle image on the site, it looks a little like the Greek Delta symbol. The name of the .jpg file is AOTS.JPG

Could AOTS be an anagram of SATO, as Bryan Sato played a background Character called Richard.
