The Malkovich thing is a pretty funny idea.... Also, you know those posters that are like a thousand pictures shaded to make a bigger picture? It'd be funny if we could make our pictures into one of the prints? Maybe even the original DCAAPB print.

Eugene said...

Doh. Thought it might be something more than that. I am really grasping at straws at this point.

thorsten, was that last comment @me?

Just Thinking said...

Have sent photo Thorsten-not too big I hope?

Just Thinking said...

Ah- good- see you got it!

thorsten said...

Yes, what I tried to say was, with we can't do that with our pictures… they are too different from each other.

Amy Lynn said...

Ah, gotcha.

Well, you're the artist. I defer to you :)

Morning all: I have a PS3 that connected to our internet that gets updates all the time (that's the beauty of it...no sending away for update discs). So I guess I'm ready for class to start at LU! Just finished the LOST rewatch last night and awaiting by S5 Blu-Ray set!

Re the LostArg Class Photo: I'll help out if I'm told what to do! I can help with the costs and bring stuff on the 15th. Hope to be there by 10:30AM.

@PatMC: Would love something from Pink's! Some of us will have to keep our place in line, but we can definitely do take out! Yummy!

@Everyone, Chris Maccagnano is a flipper, or at least, a very expensive seller. Not a trader. Do not contact.

I'll be getting you a headshot this evening Thorsten. I had my nephew take one of me last night with his iphone, but if he doesn't send it to me soon, I'll be sending one that's about 10 years old, oh well. It's the only decent headshot I've got really for this application.

I also will be happy to send some bucks for our Argie poster, where ever it will be helpful! :-D

Capcom said...

Ruh-roh, tx Amy.

Kelly said...

Good call Amy Lynn - he's on here after every reveal or the next day with some insane "offer" etc. Not worth it by any means.

@Chris Maccagnano...

I'll trade you it for my last stick of gum then!

Deal?

Amy Lynn said...

Hey, check out Jorge's blog - he has some awesome pictures of volcano lava.

ChrisL said...

As Jorge said, "awe inspiring". We don't have anything like that in Surrey!

John LaHair said...

Just posted this on GoogleWave & MKinNJ is looking into it & translating. Any thoughts????

me: Okay all... giant leap on this one. During Paul's WP interview he mentioned giant clue missed this season. Along with tweets about the time of the ping pong reveal about speaking Latin, this has led some folks to Linder Gallery that references "others". During season 5... did a young Charles Widmore speak any lines in Latin? Charles seems to play into what Mel & LotteryTicket were doing when unscrambling letters.

MKinNJ - Yes John Young Charles did speak Latin, I remember Sawyer saying to Juliet "you speak Latin" she answered something like "others 101" i'll find it BRB Then there was the Latin phrase spoken by Richard in The Incident, season 5 taught us that Latin was a known language by all "the others" Ok I found it, from JUGHEAD, Juliet spoke Latin to Charles before we knew he was Charles (he had the name Cunningham on his uniform.

Claire said...

@Maven I camped out for Comic-Con too! I remember seeing you there and I saw you filming for the podcast with your quilt. I was 2nd in line and I waited 17 hours! It was rough but incredibly worth it, right?! I'd do pretty much anything for Lost. We are true harcore Lost fans lol.

Eugene said...

Thorsten, I finally sent a picture. Have fun tonight!

Ginger said...

Hey you all everybody! Having an awful time trying to keep up these days. Don't have a computer right now. Borrowing today & trying to get up to speed. Sooo...

Are we still waiting for some clues to lead us to frame 16 or are we assuming the gallery show IS the event to get the url? Paul's WP Q&A seems to say there are clues to follow & there will be a url like always. But, the gallery show flyer & video are posted under frame 16 clues. Am I missing something? I'm really confused:s As usual:) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Paul was so ambiguous! Maybe the gallery show will give us the url & it won't go live til the next day so everyone will have a chance @ the "piece"? Or they will have one of those scavenger hunt/puzzles @ the show? Or maybe all the LOST inspired art IS the red ?. Sounds like it is going to be a fun evening. Everyone have fun & be safe.

This is going to be a crazy week & a half to wait. And not being able to check out the website every few hours is really making it unbearable! Sorry for the crazy venting & asking of the questions and all.

And I just burned a pizza in the oven. I shouldn't be allowed around an oven;)

Amy Lynn said...

This is the scene from Jughead:

CUNNINGHAM: [To Jones, whispering] Quare non sunt vestitus eis? (Do you know who we are?)
JONES: Tace! (Silence)
SAWYER: [Hitting Jones on the back] What?
[Locke gets to his feet.]
JULIET: Cognoscitis qui sumus?
SAWYER: What language is that?

Amy Lynn said...

and the rest of it. Oops.

JULIET: They're speaking Latin. That one asked why we aren't in uniform, and this one told him to shut up.
LOCKE: And how is it that they know how to speak Latin, Juliet?
JULIET: The same reason I do. Because they're Others.

MK said...

geez everything i typed just got deleted.

In JUGHEAD we found that Juliet spoke Latin, when Charles (under the name Cunningham) & Jones found Sawyer,Juliet,Faraday & Miles after the flaming arrows a conversation transpired between them in Latin. I have the transcript, but lets not forget the most important Latin phrase in LOST happened at the end of The Incident between Ilana & Ricard:

ILANA: What lies in the shadow of the statue?

RICHARD: Ille qui nos omnes servabit

Translating to : he who will save us all

John LaHair said...

Thanks Amy Lyn & MKinNJ!

Tried a few of those quotes as possible urls and nothing. :(

Surprised that no one owns...

www.doyouknowwhoweare.com

MK said...

I also typed into the googlewave where the last 2 known URLs come from (the episodes) thinking there may be a clue there, neither have to do with the ping pong episode.

ChrisL said...

And of course there is "Ille qui nos omnes servabit" in answer to "What lies in the shadow of the statue?"

ChrisL said...

MK - beat me to it!

MK said...

The week that the anagram of eyeballeater was figured out by I think it was Justin, immediately after he figured out that anagram is when the hub was updated with the reveal date & time.

Are we thinking they're waiting for us to figure out "the missing clue" for a further update on the hub? Seems odd that nothings been updated, we know they're watching LOSTARGS. I had suggested something about The Blackrock painting from AmyLynns video pertaining to The Constant. It was from that episode where we saw that painting when Charles was in the auction house (Desmond went there during one of his flashes to ask for Pennys phone number). The date of that was Christmas Eve 2004 Island time.

Drama said...

I tried all of those two days ago... no dice. I'm thinking it's nothing to do with Latin.

MK said...

@ChrisL,

I think we all know it's going to be a big part of season 6. Is that the clue? I just don't know why this Thomas Hanz guy (the painter of The Blackrock painting) dropped that info into an email, sounded like a big spoiler.

John LaHair said...

This is what gets me to think along with a few others that the 16th link is out there already to go live & we need to "find" it:

New York, NY: Is there going to be a 16th reveal before the LA gallery opening?

Paul Scheer: It might be the same day or it might be earlier or it might be later

Congested said...

Eugene, "43 acts to go" refers to acts in the show. Each act takes place before, between and after commercial breaks. I'm not sure if Damon is counting the "cold open" and the end of the show... but let's assume he's including one of those and say 5 acts.

That'd means they've got something like 8 1/2 episodes done... with 6 acts it'd be more like 7 episodes left.

I could be wrong though. :)

Congested said...

If you take the number "1" out of "16th" and add "Season" it forms 6th Season ... dun dun dummmmm XD

ChrisL said...

We were having this discussion, yesterday I think it was, whether the drops and hints which seem to relate to season 6 also relate to this reveal or whether the two are mutually exclusive.

I find it difficult to believe that they would be waiting for us to, in part at least, solve this before dropping another clue. This is really really difficult unless we're missing something sooo obvious.

MK said...

When he said it could be after, and the gallery event goes from the 15th through the 24th; the picture of The Blackrock made me think of The Constant which took place island time on December 24 (Christmas Eve). Grasping at straws I know, but what the heck!

Capcom said...

Great ideas everyone! Hmm, what's Black Rock in latin?

ChrisL said...

MK, There are way too many straws to grasp at!

Are we discounting then all of the missing letters etc in the first purchaser letters now?

MK said...

Chris,

Honestly I think it's something more obvious that an anagram of missing letters. We, as LOST fans might very well be looking way too deep. Paul said "we missed a clue" then said "ping pong". The clue must be something on the hub. How would they have known that one person (Amy Lynn) would have snuck a video of what was shown at SpinNY? This is the one thing that makes me think the clue isn't in the video, it's not on the hub!

John LaHair said...

Would make for a very interesting Christmas Eve!

MK said...

How could they have possibly known that those first purchase would have been shared? There was never a guarantee that those letters were going to be made public. And..to that point where is the last letter?

Capcom said...

That's what bugs me too MK, they would be taking a big gamble that the first letters would be shared. Granted, Lost fans have a history of sharing EVERYthing, but you'd think that there would also be a backup plan for reveal in case that wasn't shared for some reason.

ChrisL said...

MK, very good point. How would they know we'd have a copy of the video to dissect. As Zort keeps saying, the hub is where we are supposed to look for the clues. But WTH are the missing letters all about then?

Amy Lynn said...

Black Rock is Niger Silicis

Drama said...

bearing in mind that we aren't the only site looking for this, and that NO ONE has found anything yet, I'm saying there's more to come, and it isn't up yet.

The ping pong picture does say "look closer" on it, mind you...

ChrisL said...

MK, Capcom, This is a series for the LOST fans though. They must know that after 5 seasons we'd share and share and share. And in the early stages it really WAS just the fans. I'm not sure it was that big of a gamble.

Capcom said...

Tx Amy! I was having some difficulty finding a decent latin dictinary online. :-) So, www.nigersilicis.com? X-D j/k

Amy Lynn said...

@ChrisL, I agree. But there was no guarantee that the first purchaser letters would be sent to Lost fans rather than flippers.

Also, regarding the "what's up with the missing letters", I asked Paul about that. He confirmed that he's a bad typist.

ChrisL said...

But we've all looked at those first letters and the missing stuff and the extra stuff over and over and it's just toooo hard. I think I agree, it's something much more obvious.

Capcom said...

Agreed, Chrisl. But, what if Thorsten's lost tube was the first order and his letter with the clue was floating somewhere out in space?! :-o

still-j/k

ChrisL said...

Amy, his bad typing has fried my brain!

Amy Lynn said...

@Capcom, I'm convinced Thorsten's Hatch is going to come with the answers to everything.

John LaHair said...

Having a hard time translating as well. Looking back at Frame 13 on Hub...

The url for ping pong reveal was didyouburyit.com. Any takers on what that would be in Latin?

Also grasping, but you never know. :)

ChrisL said...

So "Watch the video closely, Ping Pong Players!" was purely about picking up the didyouburyit.com URL? Nothing more? The rest of the video was simply S6 related?

Capcom said...

Yeah, I'd be very surprised if that was the case ChrisL, especially going on what we've been thru with Lost games before. A pointing clue most always means something with TPTB.

MK said...

Unless there was something in the video from the scene of Hurley & Sawyer playing ping pong, in which case we should all be watching "Enter 77" and rewatch that scene? Again..grasping.

ChrisL said...

The SPiN video included the Linder Gallery shot, the Linder Gallery contains the Latin. Were they expecting that to be picked up by those at SPiN, in that moment?

ChrisL said...

MK, already re-watched by several here and... nothing.

MK said...

LOL Chris

Amy Lynn said...

@ChrisL, if that's what they were expecting, they were out of luck. By providing us with a BAR full of DRINKS, there was plenty of distraction.

ChrisL said...

Amy, you're making me sad I couldn't be there all over again. Although the drinks weren't distracting enough to prevent someone very smart managing to record the video...

John LaHair said...

Speaking of drinks, off to a surprise party.

That will not stop me from checking comments via cell (and yes laptop will be in car just in case).

Continue to "Black Rock On"!!!

Amy Lynn said...

Yeah, I'm off to Michael's and Whole Foods. In the snow. Awesome.

MK said...

What about what appears to be Charlies hands in that video (he's wearing the Dexter Stratton ring on his middle finger, same finger Charlie wore it on). Paul was asked if he thought Charlie was dead or alive then referenced the Comic Con picture of Dominic's hand: AM I ALIVE? is he trying to connect THAT with this video of what may or may not be Charlies hands? amialive.com?

Lisa-Maladylis said...

yeah snowing here as well. Fun fun fun. Just realized my sons huge feet no longer fit his boots so I guess I will be shopping tomorrow. Dang kids shoe size is almost the same as his age- He's 10 and wears a 9 mens lol

@RevMilo: That's an awesome capture of the Jacob's Cabin poster! Very eerie!

@RevMilo.... that looks super.

MJCarp said...

enjoying the discussion. Logic suggests that "if we missed a big clue, and it was related to S6, then PScheer has information about S6." if we missed a big clue and it was related to ping pong and ARG, the why did he type "season" grammatically 'watch the video, ping pong players" can't refer to us, as we are not ping pong players, only Hurley and Sawyer are ping pong players.

Can you see why I'm are confused?

Tyson, please fix whatever the mistake, or Paul Scheer, please finishing your incomplete sentence. We are SPiNing in place.

Thank you.

Also, I have 20 on my new G88 LIST. From lostargs, Ob_FuSc8, maven, patmc, UnseenPresence, Vincent, Joey, lostsailors, Zach, Ateamblog.com, ReverendMilo, and comixguru.

ReverendMilo said...

Well keep in mind the blacklight shot I could not even see without the camera's eye open for about 24 seconds. But it is a bad ass print.

But if DD saw that image I bet he would dying that he can't do one of his infamous blue variants!

Orchid7 said...

Sayid'sGirl-Oh right that phrase, thanks for that. Thought I missed something.

TomRex- how funny you bring this up. Last night I made a post about this exact thing but couldn't find the picture of BR so I deleted the post :) Your link to the pic is the one I was looking for. Anyway what I noticed in this painting is if you look at the bottom two masts right at back of ship, the one to the right appears to have something on it. When looked at closely it appears to be heiroglyphs. When you check other pics of the BR these markings/glyphs are not there??? I've always thought that weird but once we moved onto the next set of clues I kinda dismissed it. Now what this could mean not sure but it is weird.

As for the BD stuff I'm currently setting that up so it will be interesting to see how it goes. With this being new to a lot of us, we should be able to help each other out with any probs we encounter :)

(n) said...

I'm referring to the image of the older Asian man in the SpiN video

kiwilostie said...

Ellen, I think it was Congested with the portfolio.

Amy Lynn said...

Hey, you know what? I don't remember Goodwin.

kiwilostie said...

(n) Thats the new guy for S6. Hiroki told us hes a huge star in Japan.

Walkindude125 said...

Hey guys,

Two things I've thinking about:

Ping Pong Video: There were alot of quick pictures at the end of that video. One that caught my eye was of an Asian man in a white robe/suit. What if this is a person who might show up in Season six? The reason I say this is because if it's a HUGE clue as Paul tells us it is, then maybe a first glance at a new cast member would qualify as "huge". Just something to think about after everyone has spent so much time trying to dissect dialogue and paddle colors:)

Regarding the next frame: I'm glad Paul said that being at the art show doesn't mean you miss out on a print, and that it will be sold the same old way, URL leading to "on sale soon" to buy from home. I guess now we just need to wait for another clue on the site to point us in the right direction of the reveal!

(n) said...

Is that so? I'd hate that to be the S6 clue...it's just too damn obvious. Why include him in there though? A character that we've never seen? That's just odd....

MJCarp said...

Rev - spectacular. glad you are finding time to update website. I can now see a 'moon' in the background like on other posters. excellent. beautiful. have another DD on the way.

congested was using portfolio method to store, just make sure all acid-free, if you go these route.

IWish said...

Okay...along the same line of thinking as paddle colors. Oh the absurdity of it all....

....here it goes. They changed the url to the Barracks print to didyouburyit - maybe someone should put UV light to that poster and see if there is anything "buried" in it.

Unknown said...

Hey um . . . this is probably way too obvious and stupid but . . .

. . . what if the ping pong URL is the clue? In a lot of ways, that makes sense to me given the context of the line it's taken from. o_o (It's either a Eureka moment, or really idiotic lol)

It LOOKS like jughead.com is taken. I'm getting weird error messages on Whois.net and I don't understand why (something about a non-compliant IP addy, wha?). Somebody else check it please? The URL is a 404, but it doesn't appear to be available!

Amy Lynn said...

It's interesting, right? Did you bury it? Did you (Tyson) bury the clues in the frames, in the letters, in the prints themselves?

Unknown said...

DOH never mind about THAT URL because it's owned by Archie Comics. *dies laughing* Don't know why I couldnt' get the reg info the first time. But I think maybe there's still something to it, just not quite that!

ReverendMilo said...

I hope to shoot the barracks tonight after I get little one to bed.

I will give it a look with the blacklight and camera, but if it is nothing, I probably wont bother to process and upload it.

LT, it is my hope that I have time between now and the 15th to give each print on DCaaPB a revisit.

Orchid7 said...

What about the people in the picture with the paddles. Has anyone been able to see whats on the guys tee-shirts? The guy at 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock have writting on their shirts. I've tried zooming in to see what it say's but it just goes out of focus.

Unknown said...

I looked at the video again from the Spin NY reveal. Ping Pong It looks like there is an image at the very end (0:51) that is kind of dark and that I can't really make out. Any ideas?

The clues are pointing to the video, as many have already said. On the hub it says, "watch the video closely, ping pong players." But the reveal actually came on the ping pong balls. So, the video served another purpose (more than just S6 spoilers, I would think). The Linder gallery seems promising, but too cryptic without something else to go on. I'm not sure that any of the other images we've noticed at the end really help us either. Which is why I looked at the video again - but I'm not sure if, even if there is something at the end, that it would be clear enough for us to figure out anyway.

Martyn said...

@reverand milo...

You've just convinced me to buy a blacklight UV bulb for my room. Was tempted for the dharma van but now Jacobs cabin looks amazing under uv as well is given me the momentum to do so.

Any ratings in uv bulbs I should look out for?

MWolverine said...

I've been out of the loop for the last couple of days. Is Paul's comment about the missing clue in the ping pong reveal about the final poster or is it about the upcoming season?

Amy Lynn said...

@Jaime... I have an abridged portion of the video on my camera that just shows the very end of the video into the next loop... I MIGHT be able to get a better look at that image. Will try to upload right now.

Amy Lynn said...

This is it. It's pretty horrible resolution:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGheizIptXs

Orchid7 said...

Good question lol. I think we're all just scrambling right now and looking at everything and anything for clues to the new url

Just Thinking said...

As far as TPTB putting things in the HUB- seems clear that they know what we have figured out and posted. So they know the stills at the end of the video were recorded and shared- maybe that was enough- especially if they aren't ARG clues anyway, but s6 clues. They didn't need to put the stills anywhere else for us.

Don't know what light bulb they are waiting for. I mentioned one (I think) new thing today in that the Oceanic logo might have been a pointer to the cosmo systems Latin phrase in the Linder painting as it looks like a solar system. I see some little white square in a black frame at the end of the video too- but don't see how you can make it into something.

New Asian character already mentioned-obvious thought is that he is an ancestor of Sun or Jin.

Missing- missing WHAT?

(n) said...

I think I screen grabbed it:

http://limitbreakradio.com/art/spinfinalimage.JPG

No idea though

Just Thinking said...

have paused video at last screen- possible that that is just a reflection of the restaurant/bar in the black screen?

Amy Lynn said...

Part of it is definitely a reflection, but I don't think that white image is.

(n) said...

yeah that's what I'm thinking but I wasn't there and have no sense of the spacial dimensions or what was there...if it's a reflection we should be able to see it reflecting at other points in the video

Unknown said...

FYI I tried following my line of thinking about a URL possibly relating to Jughead (following from "didyouburyit.com"). I haven't tried everything, obviously; I couldn't think of any really good quotes directly related to Jughead...
But I did try things from end of season just in case :P Apparently could get some cool Lost-related URLs if you wanted them. No dice on:
idontspeakdestiny.com
thisdoesntlooklikelax.com
doesntlooklikelax.com
thisdontlooklikelax.com
soyoufoundyourloophole.com

Some others have already been tried. Can't think of others atm.

Not discounting other theories, but y'know stones and unturned and such, worth a shot. Maybe the URL is "somebodysetusupthebomb.com"...? XP

Unknown said...

@Amy Lynn - thanks for posting that. Now that I see it again, it looks like the image I was noticing (left side of the screen) was a reflection, since it appears in the Hiroyuki Sanada and dharma symbol screens. Maybe not, but I think so.

So back to brainstorming...

Amy Lynn said...

I wonder if that damn video is sitting in a closet at Spin somewhere.

(n) said...

OK...NO WAY is that a reflection. Both parts of the image are of the film. There is clearly a point where the screen goes all black, no reflection there. So it HAS to be something....

Martyn said...

The one URL I wish they had used was destinyisaficklebitch.com. Possibly one of the best quotes to come out of lost IMHO.

(n) said...

but then again...it could have been the lens adjusting too....darn it all!

Just watched the video several times again. The only thing I actually noticed was that the old japanese man is standing in front of a dharma symbol with the url didyouburyit.com. I think that is definatly something.

I initially thought a shot of inside the barracks. From a dark room looking into a bedroom with a light on.

@Martyn

I have a big 3 foot long blacklight tube I use for these shots.

Jacobs cabin can only be seen the way I showed it here with enormous exposure, 24 seconds with a 10 megapixel SLR only 4 feet away from the print.

I am not sure if the human eye can reproduce it in this case.

ReverendMilo said...

just checked, you can see with human eyes Jacobs cabin pretty well with the blacklight closer. I had my tube about 4 feet away, but it will start to bother your eyes after a bit.

the numbers and the van so far have been easiest to light with blacklight. But if you have a JC, you may want to grab a blacklight tube to have on hand.

On n's screen grab the white looks like a monitor/tv with an image and some writing next to it. Was there something like that opposite the video screen? another TV in the room?

Amy Lynn said...

@Justthinking, that was the only TV in the room.

Have paused on the figure and can see both the white square and the tan image next to it. White square seems to be overlapping the Dharma logo behind the figure. IDK of what- but looks like reflection still.

The 'writing' that JT refers to looks like a silhouette of a torso and head on it's side (head to the right). Probably not though. The blacker part of this image looks like a headshot though upside down...Make me think of an ID card?

Cheers Rev, will get to buying one tomorrow.

For now i'm off, too much learnt about Latin for one day me thinks. Goodnight!

Hi all, I've been pretty quiet today, but keeping up with all the comments.

Got to get some sleep now, back in the morning.

Just Thinking said...

Night Zort- hope all is well with you.

Anyone else feel like Locke banging on the hatch right now?

WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US PAUL?!

Just Thinking said...

LOL n. Does anyone want to solve something we can know the answer to?

Zort's name for the chat question was Blare Hackle. Did anyone rearrange it yet?

Really going to bed now, I'll leave you smarter people to it.

@n

funnily enough, I was banging my desk earlier thinking why no new information? Really wish Paul didn't say anything now, we're more crazy than before! I think the clue is the URL change. Has to be, after all, there are people following this who don't use these sort of forums. So they won't see the videos, so it's in the ping pong ball on the hub. Maybe the dirt in his finger nails.

MICHAEL: Alright, so you've been pushing that F5 button every 2 seconds since you frame 16 sold out.
LOCKE: That's right.
MICHAEL: How does that even work?
LOCKE: I have people all around the world, doing it, unscrambling anagrams, looking at the same damn clues over and over again.
MICHAEL: Don't they want to know why?
LOCKE: I think the Spin film's pretty self-explanatory.
MICHAEL: Really? All I saw was something about an older Chinese guy and Charlie's hands. What about all the missing pieces?
LOCKE: Oh, you mean the extra letters? Yeah, just an extra "e" here and there, I think -- nothing important.

Oops, typo. Here's the right one.

You are right Amy Lynn- they are diabolical! I never bought the missing eees- but then there was that Python bar code- and that sucked me in to chasing ciphers.

I'm gone too- up too early- ran down to Boston to pick up airport folks, decorating house, eyes tired, can't think....it's snowing, going to have to shovel in morning--yawn, good luck, yawn.

1) Trying to think about "Others see it otherwise." At the end of season 5 the LOST logo colors invert (black letters on white background). Maybe there's something to seeing things from the opposite perspective? I inverted the colors on the G1988 invite and the Linder Gallery Interior and didn't notice anything interesting. Maybe this can spark an idea for someone else?

2) I started re-watching from the beginning tonight and was reminded by Jack to count to 5 instead of wigging out over all this :)
Maybe the 5's in the paintings have something to do with his tattoo?

The only other thing i have tried is looking at the hub. Ping Pong Playa. Playa is also a dry lakebed and one is found in the Black Rock desert where Burning Man is held. But that really leads me nowhere so I think it has no significance, just coincidence. But I'll throw it out here anyway.

Well, I think we are doing great with all the discussion here on what could or could not be clues. Keep it up, no matter how obscure you think your idea is. Eventually, if we dont crack it, tptb will have to give us a slightly more obvious clue, as this cant go on forever. A thought I had - if we dont solve this before the Gallery showing (as Scheer said this print could drop before, during or after the showing), will they have the 16th poster on show, which would show us what we are missing out on, or will it be behind glass and covered, as Scheer and the ad has said all 16 prints will be on display...

maven said...

I think you're right, kiwilostie. No matter what happens, there will be a 16th poster. Unbelievable as it might be, there are other people following this adventure through other sources or lurking here. TPTB will have to put up a clue on the hub whether they like it or not! I have to say I've seen pretty good thinking going on here, and if LostArgs is stumped they have to give us a better hint so that the 16th poster can go on display on the 15th.

Just thinking more on the Latin thing....

...was the tapestry that Jacob was making in the 'The Incident Part I' in Latin or Greek? I mean, heck, that the scene just before we meet the man in black, and see the Black Rock in the water....

Okay so I've been snooping around and I can say with pretty much 100% certainty there is no new url. There are no other urls that point to the gomerch ip address and it wouldn't make sense for the url to point to anything other than gomerch. I also checked urls that point to the abc and disney ip range and got nothing. So there are no new urls just the two left from the ones that already leaked. Neither of these two addresses are active right now but I able to access all the other pages through them so they are both being used. Anyone who knows the leaked address add /dcpb/JayRyan8263245/ to the end of the address to see what I mean. I'm not sure what we're supposed to be looking for but I don't think it's actually a url right now.

morning... I'm inclined to agree with Scott. Chasing anything in a video that there's no clear version of isn't going to give us anything. If, as Paul says, everyone gets the same shot at getting it - it's a link that isn't live yet, and we should all calm down.

Weirdly, has anyone else noticed that the pictures on the main page of DamonCarltonAndAPolarBear have got smaller in the last two days?

Orchid7 said...

@(n)- all the passages are greek

Morning all.

OK Ben... I'm calm! I find it difficult to believe though, given all of the pointers, that we're just supposed to sit and wait for something to turn up on the Hub.

One more thing I wanted to remind everyone of before I headed off to bed. Don't forget to check out Lost University soon! The countdown clock is almost at zero again. I'm in the Pacific time zone, and it will hit zero here at 9pm Monday evening... or 12:00am, Tuesday if you are in the Eastern time zone.

The last time the clock hit zero... the web counter flipped over to hieroglyphics, and the computer voice from the show started saying "System failure... system failure...". I'm not sure if it's going to do that again, but I'm sure going to be watching in case it does! :-)

@Comixguru - You can keep your gift certificates at home: I think I owe you a lunch for making those AWESOME name tags!

Good night all!

Good morning all. Be doing some sleuthing regarding the Japanese actors character name. Nothing, don't want to post it here, kind of spoilery. http://sanadahiroyuki.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=597
