Taking a Trip to Jacob's Cabin 159

When it was released this poster took the title for scariest picture, however after the Ben Linus picture it might have some competition. The picture on the DamonCarltonandaPolarBear website doesn't really show the full detail of this print, and there is lots of it in the trees and plants as well as the cabin itself.

Daniel Danger stopped by on the day of the release and told us that he titled the art with the quote presented at the bottom of the picture, so the proper title is -

"And that's why my hand was shaking. Because this is not a man you go and see, this is a man who summons you."

There has been some debate about whether the person depicted in the picture is Ben or Locke. I personally am in the Ben camp, just because of the size and shape of the figure. Whoever it is the picture is not a direct lift from the show, having said that the cabin is a very good representation of what we have seen.

The picture above is from our very own Dennis and it includes some good Lost reading materials, and also illustrates that the post is quite hard to photograph as there are some refelective elements to it.

We also had this image of the poster sent to us by Illix, which has a very eclectic mixture of items holding down the corners.

The two closeups above (click for a larger image) are from Dylansdad, who has also sent this photo of the poster already framed.

And finally some signatures, from Dennis and Levittra -

Hello lovely people. So would anyone like to trade a jacob's cabin for a rousseaus transmission? (I havent even taken it out of its tube yet) I've been unsuccessful in getting a print since Walts Kidnapping due to bad luck and this Cabin print is just amazing.. How bout i throw in a Ron Herman "Im LOST" swag bag that i got from the Swan Station reveal?

Zort70 said...

Matthew, probably best to go here to advertise a trade.

So who thinks the next reveal will be before, on or after Thanksgiving ?

ChrisL said...

I suspect it will be a nightmare for our American friends if it's on Thanksgiving so I'm voting for before. In which case. CLUE PLEASE!

I love this poster so, so, so much. It's the only one (outside of my Ben tunnel vision) that I really, really desired. (But of course didn't get, ha!)

Hi Illix's poster!

love that poster. I didn't think I liked it much till I saw it up close like that. Very nice ! Love the different things they hold it down with too.

My three year old son told me this was his favorite and that he wanted to keep it at "his" house. I am all for this, and with his approval believe I have the necessary votes (2) to make it happen - while my wife (1) assumes this would go to my office. My son then proceeded to pick out a nice spot right in the family room - perfect.

@ChrisL I am hoping for a Thanksgiving-ish reveal as well. My family lives in other states, so I am at loose ends on that day. I would much rather buy a poster than be trampled at the Black Friday sales as well.

Sorry, have to carry my last comment from the last discussion forward.

I have to say that tickle me elmo, beanie babies, and furbies are really not apt comparisons to this LFA.

First off they are not art. Art is different, they are mass produced toys. If they become classified as art, it will be decades from now in a kitsch museum. They also were not produced in such limited numbers. People will not be pulling out their copies of the elmo dvd's to rewatch back to back, from the beginning, and introducing the show to their friends and family that missed it, or to just to find details that they missed themselves.

Lost like the Prisoner has staying power. It will be rewatched and discussed 30 years from now, only unlike the Prisoner, it will have 16 limited pieces of art, books, and collectibles that will still be around too. Although I do think an original Prisoner lunchbox out grab a tidy sum.

So comparing the LFA to beanie babies, teddy rukspin, tickle me elmo, or any other fad xmas toy really is an insult IMHO to the artists that produced this work and the show that inspired it.

Ok said my peace. off to check the "accidentally on purpose" fan art pages..

Lisa-Maladylis said...

Cute Greg ! What does your wife think of it being in the family room ?? My van I haven't decided which room it will go in but the Barracks is going in my living room next to the painting on the wall. The problem with being a artist with a family who are all artists as well,is I already have a painting on every wall in the house. Most are larger than these prints. I think one of the bed rooms is empty though so it might go well in there.

ChrisL said...

Damn. I was hoping everyone wouldn't start jumping on the "accidentally On Purpose" fan art ARG bandwagon so early on. Next the art collectors will spot it and I'll have to through this hell all over again!

Milo, shhh please.

andalone said...

Congrats to Thorston and AmyLynn on winning the SAL drawing for Ben print!

mungonna said...

A ways back, somebody said," this print captures the mood of Lost." I concur. A quick browse of the prints as displayed below the LOST ARG logo, gives a majority impression of dark. This print is possibly the darkest.

Yet there is a character with a flashlight. But it is raining.Yet the stars shine in the back ground. So much of this print depends on the viewers perception of Jacobs Cabin. If we go strictly by Lost " mythology" ( myth!,,Ha!,,what a great choice of word!), them we (assumptive) are left with a sketchy phantasm of sorts. Possibly Horaces secluded self built place of finding himself to a adobe of the seen/not seen, heard/ not heard ,,then to eyeballs and eventually to Christian and Claire,,who have been assumed dead, but are classified as Undead by TPTB. Myths and Undead, hoboy! All the Stuff of a Geek tragedy, perhaps overwrought ,and if any flaw in this print, it is that, but it does bring me to a hint of musty mildew, the smell of an abandoned building left to the elements.

So, to me,,this print captures the feel of finding,, going back to,,Who Am I Central. The ambiguity of the character with flashlite works for me. Its not Locke,, Its not Ben. Its any one of us. Hidden away, far from all the rest, inhabited by forgotten but not dead , our Truth,,our answer to the question..Who Am I?; Jacob's Cabin resides in us all.

So, the quote of Ben strikes an augmented A7 minor chord. Ben, the deceitful..is communicating fear and trepidation about going to this place of Truth. His dread can be felt in the dreary of this print. Yet , in the far background, stars shine. Just the right balance of illumination and shadows,,forms and line, in this monotone print to bring me to a unified feel and smell.

Nothing like opening up the house, and letting the fresh air in.

Avondle Blog, we (assumptive) hope tears of joy . . . MEL thanks for your words this morning . . . waiting for these before going out the door.

A truly stunning work by Mr. Danger (an appropriate name that resides at the bottom). I had to stop myself from touching the rain. It reads (to me) comfort and anxiety, hope and fear.

mungonna said...

Avondale...AH! thank you! the kerosene lamp in my Cabin burns abit briter.

If I may.. I see that I have chose the same frame as Dylansdad. The simpler or plainer frame the better for this print, imho. Viewing distance for me.. is around the 3 foot mark. As noted.. the incredible detail work is to be appreciated. Any further away and my eyes do not serve me well. For the same reason, like the Hatch,,this print may require a nearby light source.

There is one minor mistake hanging in this print. I won't say what it is, but only some one from a frond populated place mite catch it. It doesn't distract from the print itself. Perhaps it just speaks to the " supra" of this print.

Anyways..I probably could go on and on about this print like just about all the others so far. But,,all that is needed is for the lamp to be lit,,and this print does accomplish that very well.

Unknown said...

Hey, I know that poster! Thanks for posting my pictures. I do have a lot of random stuff on my desk...probably ought to tidy that up.

I personally believe there's no way the figure pictured can be anyone other than Ben. Why? Because if you look closely, he's got a little messenger bag :D .

I wrote up some notes on the actual physical poster when I pulled it out of the tube...here you guys go:

It retroactively became a good idea to have slept in this morning; my Lost poster showed up, and packages have been getting stolen or damaged in the foyer of my apartment building. I was terrified that my poster would suffer a similar fate. Instead I picked it up just a little while after it was dropped off, brought it inside, and tried to open it. Tried.

Turns out getting to a Jacob's Cabin print inside its wrappings is about as hard as getting to Jacob's actual fucking cabin. Eventually I had to go get my kitchen knife to pry the end of the tube off. (Ed note: Thanks to Amy I now know I was just being a total idiot about opening it.) Then it was just a matter of carefully removing the bubblewrap, then the brown paper wrapping. I guess I shouldn't be complaining, really, since I paid a fair amount for this print.

Anyway, I eventually got it out of the tube, unrolled it on my desk, weighed it down with some random objects grabbed off my desk, and took several pictures. For the curious, it turns out the heaviest things that came to hand on my desk were: a chunk of malachite, a chunk of azurite, and a meteorite fragment; a conch shell; a die-cast B-2 1:200 scale model; and an actual paperweight (a model of a black hole in glass).

The print itself is really nice. In person, the
poster is much brighter than it seemed on the site, and the green is much more vivid. It's done on a very heavy black paper, with an almost matte feel to it - it reminds me of those art boards where you scratch away the dark surface to reveal a bright color underneath. The detail is amazing, and I have no idea how anyone has the patience to draw all of those fiddly bits of vegetation. You can clearly see all sorts of detail in the cabin, like the chair and the glasses on the table through the window. There's an additional layer of glossy strokes over it that you can see when the light hits it that look like rain. Also, parts of it glow in the dark! The phrase at the bottom, the light in the cabin, and little Ben's flashlight all glow faintly yet distinctly with the lights off. Uber creepy.

I have no idea what I'm going to do with this thing. It deserves a proper frame, and I don't know anything about frames. I suppose I'll take it across
the street to the frame place and ask what they'd recommend. For the moment, it's going back in its tube to keep it safe.

So that's Jacob's Cabin/"And that's why..." Beautiful piece of art, definitely going to look awesome.

I hate to advertise a second time, and I've already posted over at SpoilerTV, but repetition can't hurt: you know what would look pretty cool next to Jacob's Cabin? A poster of Mr. Benjamin Linus. Guess what I missed out on? Yeah. Anyone looking to sell the Ben poster (for a reasonable price - I'm somewhat impoverished) please email me at illix16 at yahoo.

Just Thinking said...

OK- seeing the poster up close makes me almost cry for not having it again. Maybe if DD puts it up for sale at his store I will have to ride down to get it!

I would almost guarantee that reveal will not be on Thanksgiving- really it's like saying they would do one on Christmas day. It would be extremely cruel of them to make GoMerch staff go in to handle poster orders on a day when just about everyone else in the country has as family time.

About the URL's-it seems to me it is really important now whether they are the known ones or new. Since we don't have the URL on the HUB page in time, if they are new the only way to find them is by having someone at the reveal. If they are old, you can still plug them in to find the right one.

Amy Lynn said...

*is FREAKING OUT excited that I won the Ben print*

MJCarp said...

amy lynn and thorsten, I just had simul-vision of you two running around, one inside in Maaaaalt shirt crashing into assorted furniture and cat and the other running around house in the glow of the evening sun. Was that real or surreal?

Amy Lynn said...

LOL. Not far from the truth here. I'm running around my apartment measuring things. A week a go, I only had the Smoke Monster, and was resigned to it. Now, I'm going to have Smokey, Ben and Walt. The three best prints, IMHO.

mungonna said...

Rev.." The Johnsons"..uum help me abit with that..Was that the movie.." The Jerk"..I know I saw the movie, but it was awhile back so I'm not sure of the title. But as I recall,,the movie went beyond the white boy raised by a afro-american family juxtaposition. It reached into bigger truths about what it is to be a human being. I am having a difficult time separating the movie experience from the print. The movie seemed to bog down in the middle as I recall. But the Steve Martin "insistence" held thru just as it does in this print. I suppose that is bottom line...as wacky and incongruent as the movie and this print are,,there is an " insistence" about it that is overpowering.

Eugene said...

Congratulatins on getting the Ben poster, Amy Lynn. I know you and so many others wanted this one.

@LT - I did the happy dance not too long ago about getting one of the posters I wanted so badly. Of course, mine abruptly stopped when Go Merch called.

OT - but I promised I would mention this. I tried getting the Hurley picture from the SF reveal made into an iphone skin. Gelaskins would not do it although it sounds like some were able to get it from them. I tried skinit.com and received en a-mail with the tracking number. So if you are trying to get one made you can try them.

ReverendMilo said...

And Mel, the Jerk opens and closes with that family juxtaposition. And after contemplating the print in context, I am not sure if another image really captures it, well I guess just a thermos would do, but doesnt carry the impact that this "family portrait" does for me.

I live my life by the words of wisdom of Navin's family before he heads off into the real world:

"Lord loves a workin' man; don't trust whitey; see a doctor and get rid of it."

But the meaning of the movie is best seen in this quote I beleive:

"And that's it and that's the only thing I need, is this. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray.

And this paddle game, the ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need. And this remote control.

The ashtray, the paddle game, and the remote control, and that's all I need. And these matches. The ashtray, and these matches, and the remote control and the paddle ball. And this lamp.

The ashtray, this paddle game and the remote control and the lamp and that's all I need. And that's all I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one - I need this. The paddle game, and the chair, and the remote control, and the matches, for sure. And this. And that's all I need.

The ashtray, the remote control, the paddle game, this magazine and the chair.
And I don't need one other thing, except my dog.
[dog barks]

I don't need my dog. "

Thanks Eugene for the Gelaskins info. Yet to see an email telling me no but it's probably in my junk mail which I can't check on my iPhone.

And I'll say what I said when the URL changed last week, if you remember the swan station reveal, two websites were working, which screwed a lot of people over. So my thoughts are that last weeks URL was one o the back ups for instances like that when people knownthe website.

So as this weeks was back to the known list, I see no reason why it won't stay on the known list.

On Jacobs Cabin, I really can not wait for this to arrive, from the photos i saw the other day, I was disappointed that it was quite light green but people are saying it's darker so I presume it's just that photo.

The gloss makes the photos on the main page look like it's still wet or something, which is distracting. This is definitely a poster I'll have to judge in poster. Looking forward to seeing the glow in the dark aspects of it. Sounds just the right amount creepy for me.

I hope to see a sorry we missed you card on my floor when I get home tomorrow.

The tears were for event in my life mirroring the tone of the print that was brought out by mungonna. I've been out of work for over a year now - from a company where I worked for 24 years. Trying to re-define myself and my life at a time when I would really like to retire. (I'm a lot older than most of you) I have a disabled relative that I help care for and worries about what happens next. I'm LOST in my life. Maybe that's why I'm addicted to the TV show and all of us who try to resolve the clues. At least that's something that eventually has an answer. Thanks for listening.

Rain ...rain is often the metaphor for tears. As LT put it..the experience can be two sided. The emotional flowing is personal. The artist has an.." illumination" from above the Cabin and down on to it,,from beyond the rain. Perhaps it is of the same as all the smiles in " The Johnsons" print...illuminating a Honest human moment. May it be everyone's.

Martyn said...

Oh and mungonna...

If it's the same thing that irritates me about the print, I know what you mean. If it's not, well, there's another thing that's missing from the print.

ha ha ha @ Mel,

I don't usually post comments in response to other people's comments, but I was reading this morning, and as a musician I HAVE to say one little thing:

A chord cannot be both "augmented" and "minor". The fact that it would be augmented would mean it was no longer minor, and the fact that it was strictly minor would mean it wasn't augmented. No harshness meant by this at all, trust me, I'm just about to be a college music teacher soon and I guess I'm sharpening my correction skills :)

I definitely agree with everyone's review of this print though, on another topic. Color wise it is by far the darkest print we've had this entire series so far, which has made it a bit hard to see the details up close with a lot of the lights in my apartment, but I found the perfect space right above my keyboards, and during the day you can see the whole thing perfectly, and at night the gloss rain looks amazing. I'm going to hanging Ben Linus right next to this one sometime next week when it arrives!

mungonna said...

Walk..I gave it a shot, so perhaps you can help me out. I wanted to refer to what is labeled as the Devil's Chord...My poor memory only surfaced A7 minor ..perhaps A9 minor and from somewhere, augmented came in. So,,help me out.I didn't want to use the blatant Devils Chord label,,so instead ..for correct musical annotation I should use..??

Walkindude125 said...

Ummm, well, the term "devils chord" can be tricky to nail down. As far back as early Monistery music and up untill right beofre the Clasical era, the tri-tone (which is a augmented 4th, like playing an F and a B on the piano at the same time) was called Diabolos en Musica, which was the Devil in Music. It creates alot of tension and in traditional western music always resolves, mostly to Tonic or "Do".

I think what you ment to say was a fully diminished seventh chord. This, throughout musical history has been known as a "really tense" chord, and particularly in older movies, like murder mysteries, was used to under score a shocking moment. You can hear this by playing these notes on the piano at the same time, in the same register: D-F-Ab-B. Can't you imagine eharing that after the butler says "One of you....IS A MURDERER!!!", and accompanied by some flashing lightning? That's a classic old Hollywood move.

mungonna said...

yes..the mi to fa problem. Specifically tho..i am led to believe by google..that it is the e flatted A of Saint-Saenes(spl?)/ Litz in the danse macabe that my ears remembers.

I find it amusing that the Simpsons theme is opened by a tritone,,where dissonnace and disfunctional become one.

Walkindude125 said...

"Maria" in West Side Story is a Tri-tone as well. Just a great advancement towards getting rid of limiting terms like "dissonant" and "consonant" in music. It's good to have a light/dark at times, but I don't like assigning a "good" or "bad" status to tones and intervals in my music. But when it comes to teaching the stuff, certain trends have to be kept I guess.

mungonna said...

SO..I guess the LOST Chord,,the music that accompanies the LOST Logo..is also captured overall in this print; a tritone that expands thru the octaves?

Amy Lynn said...

Actually, the entire score of West Side Story is based on the tritone.

mungonna said...

Amy..as is their "ill" fated Love.

Is it possible that Lostpedia's transcript is incorrect and the correct punctuation in "Man Behind the Curtin" reflected in title? We'll have to make a note (get it) to be studied later.

mungonna said...

Well there it is..the allowance and accepted use of the Tritone has corrupted Mankind all the way to the Lostpedia. Its all Bach's Fault!

Just a cautionary word of chemistry: be careful with using nail polish remover on plastic for gluey tags, it usually contains acetone, and if not acetone some other solvent, all of which can eat away or at the very least dull plastic. If your frame has glass only it's not a problem. But any plastic like acrylic or plexiglass, etc, could "melt" with polish remover. The most innocuous or inert means of removing sticker glue without destruction, is pure mineral oil, works like a charm on 99% of the tags I've had to get off of my collectibles. I always start there first before trying out the solvents. JM2C. :-)

Seems to me..the introduction of the SOLD OUT banner where usually by this time is the ability to check order status, aligning with the sale of The Barracks, with its attending apparent screw up in order number cancellations..is more than coincidental. But of course, I'm a stark raving lunatic. I hope this post acts as a goudy,,and I'm proven wrong..Of course then, somebody else will be proven right...So...hows this going to play?

@MEL: feel free to post in the thread I've set up at spoilertv regarding your barracks request:

http://www.spoilertv.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=98&t=13176

@andalone: sorry you missed it, but we may do it again. Hoping for more callers next time, though really happy JPL & LT called in adding to Zort and I.

andalone said...

@congested looking forward to hearing it. I had opportunity to type a few lines in chat before doorbell rang.

Sorry guys -- I would have liked to have called in, but that would probably have meant you'd have heard me at work! Crazy work schedule with 10-11 days straight, so I am happy just to get home.

Zort70 said...

Morning all, still full of cold, but definitely not flu at the moment.

Martyn said...

Hope you feel better Zort, tis the season of a million sneezes.

I'm guessing as there's no clue this morning, it's definitely not a pre-thanksgiving reveal.

It'll take us until Wednesday with no clue to realise there's no reveal taking place this week.

Zort70 said...

Yes things might be a bit quiet this week.

ChrisL said...

Morning Zort - Get well soon.

That was a great live discussion last night. Well done Congested for keeping that under control and it was great to hear the contributions.

I did notice in the chatroom that there was mention of the hidden skull in the Dharma Van print which a lot of people haven't seen... I remember someone posting a link to some amazing pictures they'd taken but can't find the post. I think it was Milo or Thorsten. Would you mind posting that link again please?

Fascinating discussion and I hope to participate in the next.

That's the one andalone, thanks for that. Such great pictures, hopefully those in the room last night will read this today and check them out.

Morning All -

Zort hope you're feeling better. Seems as I may have picked up whatever you may be suffering from. Didn't know colds could be transmitted via a podcast. Was a great time!

I'm up for a late week/weekend reveal. Let us all that will be celebrating, including our friends at DCAAPB, enjoy a quiet F5 free Thanksgiving.

Just be kind and give us a sign as I've yet to figure how to carve a turkey and explain to the family why I'd need to have my laptop on the dinner table.

ChrisL said...

lol @ JPL! I can picture all the US losties doing that same thing! Great to hear you last night.

Zort70 said...

Yes, it was a good discussion last night, that carried for quite some time after I left apparently.

ReverendMilo said...

Sorry I missed the discussion, my toddler had zero interest in it and wanted to play playdoh instead. She's a slave driver.

I look forward to hearing the podcast when I get "me" time.

:)

Tess315 said...

This may be the last reveal in the conventioinal way since Thanksgiving is this week.
If there's no reveal this week, print 15 can be revealed nexted week and print 16 can be found in another fashion.

Maybe at LU or on the show or during a commercial in the show or probably some other completely different way. :)

Tess315 said...

Or even next week.
To early to be typing.

Just Thinking said...

Have to still get my LU reading list books out of the living room and the Transmission up on the wall before I bake the pumpkin pie and make the cranberry relish. On, no- they can't give us clues this week!

Hope you are well soon, Zort.

mungonna said...

Good Morning All. The sun just broke the horizon after coloring the cirrus feathers. And to further brighten the day there is LT offering The Barracks. WOW!

LT, you are beyond awesome. Let me see if corporate email will allow emailing to go mail. I've had problems previously.

despite no clue this a.m., i got another clue to the generosity and degree folks here go to, to help each other out. May I some day live up to the standard you all have set.

Eugene said...

I just wanted to take a minute to thank a fellow Lostie for the Daniel Danger print. This is such a great, supportive and generous community.

Lisa-Maladylis said...

I got my Barracks poster from another wonderful Lostie that decided they didn't need it. The Losties around here are a very caring bunch. Wonderful group we have !

Zort70 said...

Wow everyone is spreading the love today :-)

Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm living with a very annoying cough at the moment.

Capcom said...

Happy Monday Argies. :-)

The "wewerecaughtinanet" status page isn't up still this morning, in case anyone wants to know. I can't understand why Gomerch can't just put a status link at the bottom of the page with the privacy and rules of the road links, sheesh.

Amy Lynn said...

Sorry I missed the chat last night. My friend's show opened off-Broadway, so I was there, and then at Sardi's to party! :)

Zort, hope you're up and well soon.

Zort70 said...

Sounds like a fun evening Amy.

How did the opening night go ?

Zort70 said...

By the way I'm up, just not 100% with it :-)

Good Morning/Afternoon

Missed the discussion yesterday (kids actually wanted to eat dinner early). Is this recording posted somewhere?

Cheers

Just had a call from my framing guy. Love Triangle is ready. I may have to leave work early and pick it up. Excited.

Sam G said...

Wonder if I should start worrying = I live in SoCal and I haven't received The Barracks yet?

andalone said...

You really had a spectacular day yesterday! That is a lovely color on you.

Amy Lynn said...

Thanks, guys!

andalone said...

Previous post meant for AmyLynn. I am a non-functioning moron this morning.

Zort70 said...

TabulaRasa - The recording will be available soon, there was enough discussions for two podcasts so it will probably be split into two segments.

Unknown said...

Thanks Zort. Can't wait!

Just Thinking said...

Looks like a fun, elegant time Any Lynn.

Capcom said...

Elegant indeed, Amy. Sigh, I miss NY so much.

Melissa_Lossa said...

Hey, strangers - just wanted to let you know that we'll have some previews from the season 5 DVDs over at The Lost Community!

Capcom said...

Awesome Melissa, and howdy!

Tess315 said...

Hey Melissa!
That's cool I'm on my way to take a look.

Unknown said...

Very cool Melissa. Thanks

PLEASE, if anyone is interested in a trade (My beautiful Jacob's Cabin for Smoke Monster) PM me (ImAnnie on spoilertv) or write me to dvdbos at gmail dot com.

Thanks.

Martyn said...

Just got back from my trip and sad to say that neither Jacob's Cabin or my Polar Beer t-shirt on here. But I did update my blogger photo to a polar bear that I saw at my retreat.

Hmmmm, what to do without clues?

ChrisL said...

So the season 5 DVD/Blueray is not released until 8th December in the US? It's available in the UK now though?

ChrisL said...

And does anyone know if we are going to get the Dharma Initiation Kit in the UK or is it a US only release?

comixguru said...

@Martyn- it's only bad if it's bad that I hope you don't like JC. ;)

comixguru said...

Good Morning all!

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Here's a thought. since we most likely will not have a reveal this week- it seems very likely that the 15th reveal will be the first week of December with the 16th the following week. That following week, the Season 5 dvd will be released in the US. Perhaps the clues for the reveal will be "found" in the dvd sets?

highly unlikely, but just a thought...

ChrisL said...

comixguru, I like your thinking. It's the kind of cross-marketing that I'd love them to do but would they... As I mentioned, the Blueray is actually available in the UK now and I think an international release date would have been appropriate if there are clues...

Tess315 said...

I've always been curious why a US show is releasaed in the UK first.

Zort70 said...

Sayid'sgirl, it's only fair as the TV show always airs in the US first :-)

ChrisL said...

It is a bit of a strange move, particularly with the Lost University content. I would have expected a simultaneous release.

Tess315 said...

zort
To true. :)

Zort70 said...

The LU content only activates in the 8th of Dec so it will be simultaneous.

Anyway to move things along, and in lieu of a clue, I've created a quick poll.
