Paul has had a visit from a man in black, who has a conversation with him about the paintings. The conversation sounds very familiar to anyone who saw the last episode of season 5.“It’s always the same with you Lost fans, you watch, you theorize, you blog, you paint, but it always ends the same, you want more.”
(There was a long pause.)
Then he affixed a steely gaze on me “Do you have any idea how badly I want to kill you?”
“What?! No. I didn’t think it was that bad…Really? Kill me?” I was shocked.
“Yes but I can’t find a loophole. Your friends, your blogger buddies, and the all the rest of the fans are supporting this dumb velvet painting idea. It’s impossible to stop you. So I come to you with an offer. I’d like you meet Ronie Midfew. He wants to talk to you. No recording devices of any kind. He wants you to know exactly what he thinks of you.”
The man in black dropped the business card on the ground and walked off. As he walked away, he exclaimed, “Always nice speaking to you Mr. Scheer.”
Paul then asks us for questions we can ask Ronie at the meeting.

I hope they don’t hook me up to that weird Clockwork Orange machine that they
hooked Ben’s Daughter’s Boyfriend up to.
I will post later tonight (cuz I have to pick up some dry cleaning on the way home) and let you know what went down. But if you don’t hear from me by Saturday morning assume that I was taken on a submarine to an unknown location.

In a new post by Paul he says that his meeting with Ronie Midfew went well and the publishing of the art will still go ahead as planned.
Paul says contracts are going to be signed and that everything is going to be great, even better than could be expected.

Speaking as a blogging Lost fan, we must unite to protect our rights.
Ask Ronie if he is going to take his crusade against Lost fans to all the blog sites, and if he says yes then we will all stand firm, fight him on the beaches and never surrender.
Yes Maven I wonder how long they will keep this level of interaction up.
I'm also getting vibes that this is sort of a "spoof" of all Lost fans and Lost bloggers, and can also be a tribute to us! TPTB know how involved we get in these things and will unite the various Lost Communities to support Paul.
I feel closer to other blog sites already.
I also feel very tired as it's approaching midnight here, so goodnight for now.

If think of it, 4 out of six Numbers have been used. That guy wants a meeting at 4:08 p.m., and ih the site there's the "15 will be lost, the 16th will be found". So, that leaves us with 23 and 42, which haven't yet been used!
JamesLeon: And remember the total of the numbers has been used...the release of his video at 1:08.
I've been working on a timeline of events from the first post at DCaaPB and the post numbers of the individual posts seema bit random, i.e. they don't go 1,2,3,4....
There is a post number 23 (MR Eko's Walking Stick) and then immediately after a post numbered 42 (Interview with the man in black).
There aren't any more with numbers we might recognise, so I think it's just coincidence.

I think Esau as a name in itself could be a red herring. E. could stand for Edward, Edmund, Ethan, Elijah, Elliott, Emmanuel or Ewan for instance. "Sau" could come from S.hephard-Au.sten, making "E. Sau" an acronym. Maybe somehow, Mr. X is the future (or future past) son of Jack and Kate (and Jacob the son of Sawyer and Juliet as well?). They did after all have sex before their fateful flight with Ajira.

I've followed along enough to be excited to see what happens tonight when Paul gets back from his meeting...assuming he returns...I kind of have a bad feeling about this. LOL

I just saw The Time Traveler's Wife and highly recommend it. It's very different and has a nice feel to it.

I'm a little bummed too! I was kind of secretly hoping they would try to kidnap him or something! So I wonder what in the world could be so awesome...has he sold out? And I think it's still up for debate whether his art is going to be displayed tonight or tomorrow night. We need something exciting to happen!
Something weird is going on... First they are his enemies and then he meets with them and he's excited about how AWESOME it's gonna be? Something's up. I can't wait to find out what!

BarbaraJay: I think the consensus us that midnight on the 15/16th is the release time. Remember, the "real" Paul went to NYC yesterday to be in the Improv Marathon. I guess he's on his way back today and will get everything ready and post tonight at midnight. Hopefully, there is not a Fake Paul (Faul?).

I am requesting a bit of information. I posted in the Great News comments,,a post that includes links to 8 post card photos I did back between season 4 and season 5...Since Paul is encouraging Lost Fan Art,,i decided to see what would happen with some of my creations that were deleted at abc.com soon after posting them.. After clicking the " submit " button, the post was visible in the comments,,but above it was a message in Italics..Waiting for administrators approval of your post..please be patient..This post is around the 42nd or 43rd comment..I see it..does any body else?..Of course I am taking this fantasy of Pauls into the real, by posting some of my own creations and seeing what happens. I think it is the gist of this whole ARG..Kind regards...MEL

The real Paul just tweeted that he saw District 9 last night. At least he's okay.
New post at DC&PB! Too long to explain...but Paul has joined forces with Ronie Midfew AND DARLTON to promote something big! It seems the velvet paintings are a thing of the past and something new is brewing. He says he won't be posting for a while...but he ends with HAPPY HUNTING and something still will happen tonight at midnight!

A LOST celebration of art fit for a final season
Was I right in thinking this could be art from season 6 (oonly not in velvet)? I can't believe they'd really do that though.
